1g. To receive any type of deposit bonus, the player must select the bonus card in the cashier while making a qualifying deposit.

1h. To use the free spins, the player needs to visit the client area, open the "Active Promotions" tab, and activate the free spins. They will then become available for the corresponding slot.

1i. When using an activated bonus, real money from the player's account is wagered first and then bonus money.

1j. You can claim only one bonus at a time. Deposit-related bonuses cannot be stacked.

1k. All deposit bonuses must be wagered x40. Unless stated otherwise, no-deposit and free spin bonuses must be wagered x40 times before the funds can be withdrawn. A minimum deposit of 20 EUR is required to cash out following a no-deposit or a free spin bonus.

1l. If a player is suspected of abusing a free spin promotion or hasn’t wagered the amount of deposit made to receive these free spins at least 3 (three) times (excluding bets made on table games), 20bet management, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel all free spin bonuses and any winnings acquired from them.

1m. If, for any reason, the selected deposit bonus did not get activated, the player must seek assistance from the customer support team before playing. If the selected deposit bonus wasn’t activated and the player spent some or all of their funds, the selected deposit bonus cannot be added manually.

1n. Comp Points may be exchanged for bonuses. General bonus terms are applied to these bonuses unless stated otherwise.

1o. Free Bets and Risk-Free Bets are not available in certain markets. Specifically, bets on outrights and all Asian markets are not eligible for usage.

2c. Both the bonus and the winnings will be removed once the bonus expires.

2d. Any bonus can be cancelled before meeting the wagering requirements. Otherwise, by cancelling the bonus the player accepts that all the winnings gained while playing with this bonus, if any, and the bonus amount are deducted from the player's bonus balance. 2e. Players can change currency only after the first stage of the welcome bonus has been completed. 2f. Players can request a withdrawal of their deposit prior to meeting the wagering requirements. However, in this case, the bonus and any resulting winnings will be forfeited.

2g. If the customer has more than one active bonus, wagering to release the bonus funds will start with the first bonus credited to the account.

Additional terms

3a. The management of 20bet reserves the right to withhold or seize any bonuses or winnings gained as a result of fraudulent or otherwise unfair practices.

Bonuses offered by 20bet are intended for genuine recreational players only. The bonuses are not intended to give away free money to players classified as “bonus hunters” or “bonus abusers”.

The 20bet management will review all player accounts and classify them at their discretion. In the event a player is classified as a “bonus hunter” or “bonus abuser”, all winnings and bonuses will be voided.

3b. Using bonuses to play games with accumulated benefits in the course of gameplay (Ex: Free Spins meters or other game features unlocked following some gameplay) and coming back to the game following the zeroing-out of the wagering requirements to trigger or unlock the feature and collect the accumulated benefits or related winnings - in this case all winnings and bonuses will be voided.

3c. At 20bet it's forbidden to abuse the bonus offers available (customer bonus ratio (bonuses : wager) is more than 40%). If any such cases come to light, the casino reserves the right to seize any winnings gained as a result of abusing the bonus offers and disable the option of using any bonuses with that account in the future.

3d. It's forbidden to postpone any playing rounds, including free spins and bonus rounds, for the time when you no longer need to play the bonus through and/or make new deposit(s).

3e. It's prohibited to use bonus funds purely to progress through bonus stages (e.g. collecting 9 out of 10 coins to get the bonus feature) and then the final stages (e.g. playing to collect the final coin to reach 10 out of 10 coins to get the bonus feature), switching to real money bets when bonus funds have been forfeited, lost or cleared and converted to cash. All the winnings gained during that play may be considered void.

3f. 20bet reserves the right to change these terms at its discretion at any time.

3g. 3h. For the VIP Sport Bonus, the wagering requirement is 5x the bonus amount in accumulator or single bets. Each bet must contain at least one selection with total odds of 1.8 or higher. Only unique bets count towards wagering requirement. Bets made using the bonus balance or free bet bonus do not count into the bonus wager.

3i. In the case of freebet usage, if the betslip is calculated as a return, the free bet amount is not refunded.

3j. The Bonus is automatically cancelled upon active balance reaching 0.05 EUR/USD (or the equivalent in another currency) or less.*
*This term only applies to the balance tied to bonus, i.e. deposit + bonus or only bonus in case of a no deposit bonus, and doesn't apply to the funds in the player's balance gained from other deposits or bonuses.

 

Risk-free bet

4a. The Risk-Free Bet rules may vary depending on the specific promotion, including the designated event, insurance percentage, and applicable odds. Players can refer to the bonus section in their profile for detailed information about a specific Risk-Free Bet.

4b. Once the player receives the Risk-Free Bet, they can place a bet up to the free bet amount, depending on the promotion. The free bet amount cannot be split into multiple smaller bets.

4c. The initial bet must be made using real funds from the player's balance to use the Risk-Free Bet. Risk-Free Bets are excluded from participating in all promotions (such as the Sports VIP Program or Bettors Tournament).

4d. If the Risk-Free Bet wins, the player will receive the entire winning amount, including the original stake and the winnings.

4e. If the bet using the Risk-Free Bet loses, the player will receive compensation specified in the promotion.

4f. If a bet placed with the Risk-Free Bet has not been settled by the time the bonus expires, the bet will still be subject to the rules and conditions of the Risk-Free Bet.

4g. Bets made with the Risk-Free Bet cannot be cashed out.

4h. If a bet with the Risk-Free Bet is voided, the initial stake will be returned to the player's balance, and the Risk-Free Bet will be cancelled.

4i. Suppose a bet is miscalculated, leading to the user receiving a refund for the Risk-Free Bet. In that case, we reserve the right to cancel the bonus payout and credit the actual winnings amount of the bet to the user's balance.

4j. Winnings on bets placed using your Free Bet will be paid as withdrawable funds and will be credited to your main balance. However, you cannot withdraw the sum of the free bet bonus alongside these winnings.

 

Sport bonus wagering general terms

5a. Outright and Racing category bets will not count towards wagering the bonus.

5b. Only settled bets count towards the turnover requirements.

5c. Returned bets, canceled bets, draw bets, cashed-out bets (including partial cash-outs), or bets placed with a free bet do not contribute towards the wagering requirement.

5d. Only bets that contain unique events will count towards wagering completion. All bets containing the same event/s will not count.

5e. All bonuses and winnings will be removed once the bonus expires.

5f. If you have any unsettled bets made from the bonus balance at the point when you complete wagering the bonus, these bets will be void.

5g. BetBuilder bets are excluded from participating in all promotions (such as the Sports VIP Program or Bettors Tournament).

5h. Once wagered, the remaining bonus funds are transferred to the customer's Main Account, not exceeding the bonus amount.
